Support Policy

This document outlines the terms governing support services provided when purchasing and using Traderplus software. This agreement forms a binding relationship between you and The Lanceflow Company, the parent company of Traderplus.

What Our Support Includes

  • Answers to product-related questions and clarifications.
  • Assistance with debugging and issue resolution — only if the original source code has not been modified.
  • Professional support coverage for 6 months from purchase.
  • Option to renew support after expiration.
⚠️ Support becomes invalid if the source code has been altered or customized.

What Our Support Does Not Include

  • Custom development or codebase modifications. These are separate paid services.
  • UI/branding edits including colors, logos, templates, or content changes.
  • Re-installations or repeated setup requests beyond the initial free install.

Installation & Setup

Installation is not typically included in standard support. However, Traderplus provides a one-time complimentary installation  for new customers.

Additional installation or setup services after the first installation will incur additional charges.
